Mark Shain Joins WB Industries With a Focus on Lean Manufacturing

We are pleased to announce the addition of Mark Shain to our team as Operations Manager. Mark will report to Gary Bertolucci, President and Ken Wasiuta, VP/GM of WB Industries.  As the Operations Manager, Mark will use his expertise and experience in lean manufacturing to support WB Industries’ focus on manufacturing quality solutions for our customers.

Mark began his career in the metals industry in 1992 as the General Manager of Ferrolux Metals. Trained in statistical process control management, Mark steered the company through their initial certifications in ISO 9001 and QS 9000.

Before joining WB Industries, Mark oversaw a 350 man workforce at Trinity Marine Products where he improved operational efficiencies by 28% through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

Mark and his wife Julie will be relocating to Missouri from Louisiana, They are the proud parents of three grown sons, Ryan, Brandon and Jace.
