There’s nothing more satisfying than passing knowledge on to the next generation of the workforce. The trades are so important to this country and seeing the youthful enthusiasm of our interns is very inspiring. This year, we’ve brought on three unique individuals to join us for the duration of the summer: Megan Smith, Charlie Mitchell and Gabe Fowler.
Megan Smith is joining our Planning/Estimating and Purchasing departments this summer. She currently attends the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she’ll be a senior this fall. She is majoring in Management with a minor in Supply Chain and Child Youth and Family Studies.
Gabe Fowler will be a part of Assembly department this year. He is currently heading into his sophomore year at Moody Bible Institute.
Charlie Mitchell has just recently graduated from the South County Tech Welding Program where he’ll be putting his freshly acquired skills to work for us in our welding department. Charlie is excited to learn on the job from our experienced, in-house welders.
We are so excited to welcome all three of our summer interns to WB Industries! The energy and eagerness to learn influences the energy of the entire organization and we’re so excited to have them here.
